Interior and Exterior Renovation – Central Ave

Cracked stone, rotted wood, and an old bathroom. Not the best way for a sorority to attract new pledges.  Our team rebuilt their deck porch, reinforcing it with new supports. Next we added new sinks to their washroom and fixed the tiling and wall.

Process includes new spa bathroom, a state of the art multimedia centre, children’s playroom, home office / library, and a very unique cherry panelled wine cellar.
